
KLA's primary purpose is to protect and preserve Kabekona Lake, its watershed, shores, and environs. This includes water quality, aquatic productivity, flora and fauna, its aesthetic quality, and its social and cultural climate. Other purposes are to communicate information concerning governmental agencies, lake and environmental associations, and to serve as a forum on relevant issues.
Benefits of Membership
Membership dues are used for activities which support the purpose of the organization. The majority of expenditures are for membership activities.
